Orders ship out no later than 2 business days after we receive the order. Delivery can be expected up to 7-10 business days after shipping.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from FiftyFiftyBottles.com, you can return your order to FiftyFifty for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be in the condition in which you received them.

Clearly reference your RMA number that you acquired from our customer service team. You can write it on the outside of the box next to the shipping label.
We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records until the return is complete.
Refunds take approximately 4 weeks after we receive your product. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept COD deliveries.
