We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. It does not cover regular wear and tear, such as dents, scratches or chipped paint from the bottle being dropped, damaged, run through the dishwasher, etc, but it does cover manufacturing defects, such as broken or leaking caps, bottles that no longer insulate and rattling bottles. Please fill out our contact form or call us at 1-800-849-5185 to discuss your options. (Please note your replacement bottle will be the same size and color unless the size and color are no longer available. Unfortunately, if you have a bottle with a custom logo, we are not able to screen print or laser engrave the artwork on your replacement bottle.)
We do replace defective caps free of charge. Please contact our customer service using our contact form and provide as many details as possible. Note that we will process your replacement more quickly if you include photos of the broken lid.
Most of our caps are available for purchase on our LIDS & ACCESSORIES page.
Nope! The rattle means that a small metal disk that is used during the vacuum-insulation process has become dislodged. This will not affect the insulation of your bottle but if you can't live with the noise, please fill out our contact form or call us at 1-800-849-5185 and we will send you a replacement bottle.

We do not recommend washing your stainless steel water bottle in the dishwasher. Doing so will not damage your bottle or your dishwasher but may cause wear or discoloration of the paint on our colored bottles. Instead, hand wash your bottle with a non-abrasive dishsoap. For a more thorough cleaning, add 1 teaspoon white vinegar OR baking soda to the bottle, fill 3/4 of the way with warm water, close and gently shake. Rinse thoroughly and let your bottle air dry with the cap off.

Do not put your double-wall stainless steel bottle in the freezer. Liquids expand during the freezing process and will damage your bottle even if you only fill it halfway or leave the cap off. Instead, try filling the bottle with ice cubes the day you need it, which will very slowly melt, providing ice cold water.
Some of our bottles can become magnetic while others do not. It can happen during the cold forming step of the manufacturing process. Cold forming is the process that bends the stainless steel to form the bottom and neck. After the stress and extreme pressure of cold working, the stainless steel may exhibit a strong response to a magnet even though the elemental make-up of the steel has not changed.
