We at FIFTY/FIFTY® take great pride in the quality of our products and the superior customer service we provide. That is why all of our FIFTY/FIFTY® and SevenFifty® products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Defects such as loss of insulation, broken/leaky caps, or rough welds and seams are eligible to be replaced with a bottle/cap of the same size and color. If the size or color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color.
The limited warranty provided by FIFTY/FIFTY® only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.
If you have purchased your FIFTY/FIFTY® product directly from FiftyFiftyBottles.com site and need to make a warranty claim, please fill out the Replacement Form here. You will be contacted back by a FIFTY/FIFTY® representative within 48 business hours. Please be complete in your details in order to expedite your claim.
If you have purchased your FIFTY/FIFTY® product through a retailer, you should address your warranty claim through that retailer. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to address your claim. Unfortunately, replacements done for bottles purchased from a source other than FiftyFiftybottles.com cannot be customized.
